Stats in the Reinforced (1st) Conference. Dwight Anderson of Pilipinas Shell Oilers led the imports' scoring. On the locals, last year's MVP winner Ricardo Brown of Great Taste was tops, followed by Arnie Tuadles of Alaska and Atoy Co of Manila Beer.
Billy Ray Bates of Ginebra had the highest average among all imports that played in the 1986 PBA season and had a single-game high of 69 points.

He was followed by Samboy Lim, who turn pro in the third conference, Lim's stats in the second conference where he played for the guest national team are not counted. Eventual MVP winner Ramon Fernandez of Tanduay is at third.
