*Note that N-Rich did not hire any import in the 2nd conference where teams are allowed two imports. This may resulted to the high scoring average of two of its local players. Tolentino (30 games) and Herrera (32 games) both had a total of 809 points.


**The averages of Quasar (formerly Concepcion Carrier) players were not listed in the 1977-78 PBA annual. Jimmy Mariano's average were only in his stint with 7-Up in the second conference after he was traded. Same with Lim Eng Beng (13.23 pts in 17 games with Quasar), who was traded to U-Tex.
